The Con&Con brand is part of the Confalonieri Group, a network of activities that is one of the leaders in the sector of furniture and design. And Con&Con deals especially with design. This company was born from an idea that, since 1970, produces furnishings which are a symbol of Made in Italy's excellence in the world. Bringing 100% Italian products in the entire world is a real mission for the Confalonieri Group.

The history of the Confalonieri Group begins in 1950, when Umberto founded a company specialized in metal processing applied to accessories for furniture. From 1960, the company chose a new direction: the one of design. Thanks to the collaboration with high-level designers, the use of high-quality materials and the introduction of strongly innovative techniques, Confalonieri became the first company to have its own catalogue of objects born from the Combination of experience and aesthetic taste. Over time the company keeps broadening its own perspective, moving towards metalware and, above all, towards the handles to help disabled people. These products, in particular, appear to be the perfect combination between functionality and aesthetics. The intention is to create an object that provides the needed help without showing it. All these items are characterized by the typical beauty of design pieces.

Over time, generation after generation of the Confalonieri family, the market on which the Group operates has gradually expanded, so as to determine the birth of three other brands undergoing the main one: Con&Con, Lorenzo Invernizzi and Confalonieri. The subdivision is active since 2000 and it goes hand in hand with the company's activity expanding abroad, with the opening of new branches and offices. The productive partnership established with Lorenzo Invernizzi, who gave his name to one of the three "children" of the brand, has been fundamental starting from 2003, and it had in important role in the creation of the Confalonieri S.p.A.

Con&Con is the brand more closely related to the design world within the Confalonieri S.p.A. Products bearing this label are characterized by originality, verve and freshness, but they also manage to carry on a constant pursuit of practicality and functionality. The several design objects which form part of the catalogue of the brand are organized in different collections according to the elements that composed them: hanging/supporting, storing/containing, treating, carrying, relaxing. Each one of these categories includes items with a definite function which is well and easily deduced from the name of the category they are placed in. For example a clothes stand will be in the "hanging" category, while a folder will be in the "storing" one. And so on.
Con&Con's purpose is to find more original and innovative solutions, which are always updated and consistent with our time. At the same time, however, for the designers of the brand it is fundamental to think about the needs of the customers in order to create something that could really be useful and meet everyone's needs.

Con&Con products are the symbol of modernity also thanks to the materials they are made of. Plastic is the most popular one, but the brand also uses different materials that are created thanks to a constant thematic research. The same research is also carried out at project level, with the intention to get to projects always caressed by the wind of freshness and originality. The method of approaching creation is totally innovative and it turns a simple material into virtuous, elegant, unique objects. Often the material chosen by this brand are not even linked to the design world. Con&Con's plastic is versatile, new, original: it could be glossy or matte, colourful or in the shades of grey, mono-material or the result of the aggregation of several materials. To put it in one sentence, Con&Con's plastic is material that becomes form and takes the shape of an object of design born from an intense and thorough study of all aspects of the product in question.
