He was born in London in 1974 and graduated in 1998 at Kingston University, at the Product Design department with a thesis on "advanced materials". Between 1998 and 2003 he collaborated with an architecture studio working on various design projects. In 2004 Damian founded his design studio that is now in Stockholm. The study is committed to combining technology research and innovation. His projects are often characterized by a sense of inventiveness and poetic quality. In 2007 she was selected by Wallpaper magazine for 'Hot 100' and named by Eero Koivisto as one of the most interesting young designers of today. Since 2005 she has been the guest tutor of the Industrial Design course at LTH University in Sweden. He collaborates with Zanotta since 2010.
