After graduating from Politecnico di Milano, Elena Salmistraro founded her design studio together with architect Angelo Stoli, with whom she oversaw several architecture and design projects. Later, his work focused more on product creation than architecture; in fact it boasts collaborations with various companies including: Bosa, Alessi, Seletti, CC-Tapis, Nason Moretti, just to name a few. His projects are the result of the union between art and design, in which every detail is taken care of in order to achieve harmony in the forms and a style that is both poetic and distinctive. Arousing emotions in people is the focus of each of his works: the objects speak an evident and evocative expressive language. Among the most important works of Elena Salmistraro we mention: Primates, Loricato, Khepri and Most Illustrious by Bosa, Cartesio by CC-Tapis, MRND by Seletti, Ensemble by Nason Moretti.
