Twiggy LED Floor Lamp by Foscarini

Designed by Marc Sadler, the Twiggy floor lamp has a structure in coated fiberglass-based composite material. Thanks to its elegant design, this lamp provides soothing and even, well-distributed light. A linear, wide and essential sign, combined with flexible lines, gives life to this formal elegance and sophisticated lightness, a homage to the model the lamp takes its name from. With this iconic arch shape, Foscarini wanted to create a minimal designer floor lamp. Twiggy is perfect for any environment, from the living room to the study corner and even the bedroom, and enhances any style. Twiggy is equipped with 4 counter–weights to be inserted in the purpose–provided seat above the di ffuser to adjust its height. In the LED version, the circuit boards were specifically designed by Foscarini to achieve a superior level of color rendering (CRI) and retaining the same colour temperature as a halogen light source (Kelvin). The two LED circuit boards are installed on an aluminium disc that acts as a dissipator, and the upper board is protected by a small PMMA disc. The ON/OFF switch and dimmer is placed on the transparent cable. Light bulbs included: LED 2x 33W.
