Illuminating the room with the light of a natural flame is a simple and effective way to add magic and warmth to your home atmosphere. This effect is further amplified if the luminous flame is contained in a lantern characterised by creative and sophisticated design, as that of the Design with Light collection. In this collection, designed by the industrial designer Maria Bernsten, there is the proposed lantern, capable of bringing elegant details and the unmistakable flavour of Northern Europe to any home. The Design with Light lantern has a unique shape, inspired by ancient amphoras or by vases of other times, and yet, it changes in features and profiles, to embody a modern and contemporary style. As a container from the essential look, it presents an elongated neck, below which it takes place a rounded belly with a large central hole, which puts in the foreground the tealight or the candle which will be placed in its interior. The base is thick and stable, and allows you to put the object on any surface: from the top of a mobile to a windowsill, from the center of the table to the shelf in the living room, from the floor to the stairs. Produced using traditional methods, the Design Eith Light lantern is complemented by a comfortable and soft handle in fine grain leather. The glass that makes up the entire structure has a perfect transparency that enhances the liveliness of the vibrant flame and spreads golden reflections in the surrounding environment. The lantern has a medium size, ideal to beautify environments of every size. Together with its larger and smaller sisters it can give birth to beautiful and personalized compositions to be placed in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Suitable for every season, it enhances the warm Christmas atmosphere and enlivens the sparkling summer evenings spent in the garden or on the terrace. Each lantern collection is unique because it is made by hand by craftsmen of the Danish Holmegaard glassworks.
