- Gift cards cannot be combined with each other, nor with discounts and promotions directly applicable to the products in the catalog.

- In the event that the user order exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference in amount can be paid using the normal methods of payment.

- The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

- Gift cards are not transferable.

- In the event of spontaneous returns or cancellations, or not depending on LOVEThESIGN, gift cards will not be refundable.

- To redeem the gift card you need to log in or register on LOVEThESIGN website and enter the code on the voucher, in the dedicated cart field.

If your order comes to over €200, shipping is free*. If your order is below €200 shipping costs €9. An extra delivery fee applies to bulky items based on what's in your basket and where it will be shipped.
