The giant "Todo" grater from Alessi was born from an intuition of one of Alessi's historical designers, Richard Sapper. The famous designer in his home has the task of grating cheese for the whole family. The long practice gives him the inspiration and intuition to design a product that will fill the large consumers of grated cheese with satisfaction. In fact, thanks to the exceptional stroke offered by the long truncated cone body, "Todo" allows to produce with a single pass the quantity of cheese needed for each single dish. An excellent example of an object to be exhibited on the table or in the kitchen, but at the same time endowed with a precise and innovative functional performance that almost transfigures one of the most tedious and least qualifying cooking operations into playful gestures.
