Bibambola sofa by B&B Italia

Mario Bellini signs the Bibambola and Granbambola sofas for B&B Italia, part of the Le Bambole collection, an original project from 1972, awarded with the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. Design icons from the beginning, B&B Italia sofas are a symbol of a 'careful design and attention to detail. Expression of Made in Italy in the world, the LBA2 model sofa has a length of 169 cm and a height of 75 cm. Bibambola have provided their very personal response to the theme of the session, in fact at first glance there seems to be no supporting structure. The play of proportions and design deceives the user and hides a polyethylene frame. The padding is in cold flexible polyurethane foam while the upholstery is in green Sila. Natural and graceful shapes are the essence of relaxation and comfort. B% B Italia shows environmental sustainability through the use of second generation polyethylene. Seat height: 42 cm.
