Bloomingville is all about Danish design combined with the Nordic trends of the moment and the ambition to give you more than you can possibly expect. Its story began in 2000, when Betina Stampe decided to follow her dream and passion and founded Bloomingville, that today is an international company.
Bloomingville is a brand that has always stood out for the presentation of ground-breaking collections with a contemporary taste. Its main characteristics are the lines that reinterpret all the beauty of Danish and Nordic design and the presentation of furnishing elements with style and class. The history of the brand begins in 2000, when Betina Stampe, who today is the Creative Director of the Company, followed her dream and gave shape to her passions by founding the Bloomingville group. Today the company is still growing and increasingly turning into an international cooperation with more than 70 employees and 65 agents and distributors all over the world. All projects are presented and realized in the Danish headquarters. Two main collections and five express collections are shown to the world, plus a Christmas collection every year. What is surprising are the many peculiarities and prerogatives of every single item placed on the market, in addition to the fact that prices are always affordable. The brand embodies all the beauty of Scandinavian design and makes it possible to decorate any space with wisdom and personality, and also with the awareness to be using one of the more famous brands in this variegated sector.
In 2014, Bloomingville was integrated into the American group Regent Holding that includes the internal brand Day Birger et Mikkelsen home, creative COOP and Creative Home which owns as many as 80 stores in China. The name of the brand soon became a synonym for confidence and that has relaunched at an international level the class, special features and charm of Danish design. The two catalogues proposed every year include fantastic products developed by the more talented designers and have the advantage of always having competitive prices suitable for all budgets. The mission of this renowned group is the creation of furniture and accessories for the home that will give to any environment a touch of class thanks to the creation of a modern furnishing décor and the attention to every detail. All Bloomingville products are designed to decorate any space with personality and to make your home absolutely exclusive.
Every article you need to make your home cozier, fashionable and trendy can be found on LOVEThESIGN which offers a range of collections with a contemporary style and a special attention to the trends in shapes and colours. You can make the place where you live comfortable and personalized by decorating it with furnishings and accessories made of high-quality and long-lasting raw materials. The brand's products are manufactured with excellent materials and are designed with the greatest care. Clear, essential and minimalist lines distinguish each piece. Each item is highly functional: the basic concept of these design objects is the combination of fascinating design and maximum versatility. Bloomingville produces various furniture pieces such as tables, chairs, clocks, rugs, vases, pillows, furnishings elements, bags and accessories, all characterized by a careful attention to detail. Amazing collections for the decoration of gardens are also available.
The trademark of each model created by the brand has in it all the most important features of Nordic design and especially of the Danish one. The main concept which is the basis of this much appreciated style is that the shape must necessarily follow the function of the object. Each item designed, created and produced by this brand presents some prevalent features such as the high-quality materials, the essential lines, and the exceptional ergonomics. It's for this reason that these items are defined as timeless and never out of fashion. Another very important aspect, in addition to the shape, is the use of light and bright colors. This choice is due to the fact that in the Nordic countries summer is short and followed by a long, dark winter: attracting and reflecting as much light as possible becomes a real priority in any house. The total white of the walls and the pastel colors of furniture and accessories derive from this need. This philosophy is revisited and reinterpreted by the brand that chooses to create extremely elegant products, characterized by clear and delicate colors. A way of working that runs around the pillars of Danish design, masterfully combined with every trend that comes from the Nordic countries to provide each customer with a small piece of fairy-tale magic.
If the idea is to decorate your home with items and accessories with essential, sinuous and elegant forms, the articles offered by the Danish group are just perfect for you. Bloomingville's purpose is to create, discover and collect incredible handcrafted products for the home and garden. This adventure began more than fifteen years ago with only two employees, and then has grown into a thriving business that has conquered the world. The founder of the company, Betina Stampe, designs most of Bloomingville's products at home, but some special items in a vintage style are obtained directly from the exclusive distributors in Southeast Asia and Africa. Bloomingville describes its unique style as a mixture of exquisite raw materials with a nostalgic Scandinavian touch and the reproduction of incredible pieces inspired by French brocante style that remind us of the times gone by. Unique models, attractive color combinations and a simple design will make you immediately fall in love with these amazing objects. Unusual lamps, porcelain plates with witty slogans, boxes, wood and metal signs with wise words printed on them, trendy furniture and kitchen scales are just some of the many wonderful Bloomingville products that will add a special touch to any home.
