Davide Oldani
Davide Oldani was born in Milan in 1967 and after an injury that caused his career break, he began to approach the world of cooking. She works and studies alongside internationally renowned chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Albert Roux, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Hermé. In 2003 it opened its restaurant called "D'O" and, only after one year, is acclaimed by the most important gourmet guides that count among the great chefs of Italian cuisine. In 2008 he received the Ambrogino d'Oro, the highest honor given by the municipality of Milan. He was invited to the HEC Business Unit in Paris and the Harvard Business School in Boston to tell about his entrepreneurship experience at the catering industry. He was appointed Ambassador EXPO 2015 as an ingredient representing the saffron. For many years he has collaborated with the monthly La Cucina Italiana, takes care of the Weekly Sport Week's kitchen and sports book and writes in the blog Chatting with Taste of IoDonna. From the daily observation of his restaurant's clients he has been able to make "pop" design objects, that is, simple, functional and above all elegant; among the most important collaborations we mention the one with KnIndustrie with the line of Assiette D'O dishes. Chef Davide Oldani seeks to achieve the culinary pleasure of each one using high quality ingredients in a simple way.
