Erika has always had an interest in design. As a kid, allured by the idea of making things, she would spend hours tinkering in her grandfather’s wood shop. Growing up in Europe and British Columbia, she studied and worked as a graphic designer before moving to Los Angeles and attending Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She has exhibited furniture and other products at ICFF in NYC, Chicago, and Tokyo, and at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan. An ardent traveller and cultural explorer, Erika finds that observing the world, and people’s everyday lives, is what gives her inspiration for her designs. For the people she designs products for, she hopes to provide enjoyment in small, simple moments.
