Kristalia is always looking for new design talents, able to enrich her collection with fresh and original ideas. Like Ka-Lai Chan, born in 1985 and recently graduated from the Utrecht Academy of the Arts, but already with a substantial baggage of works of art and design projects, presented in galleries and international fairs. "Through my creations," says Ka-Lai, "I want to unveil the hidden value of everyday objects and materials, let people see the beauty of things and experience it in a different way than usual."
