My Chair is the result of designer Nicholai Wiig Hansen’s vision of the perfectly balanced chair: ”My aim was to design a chair with unequaled harmony and to try and come close to the undefinable quality that, in my opinion, lifts a design to another level. My Chair is a mixture of something familiar and something new, something neutral yet characterful, something present but not dominating, something simple as well as complex and something rigorous as well as curved. In other words, My Chair is a shell chair the way I think it should be.”, explains the designer. With its minimalistic silhouette, My Chair is ideal for spaces that need a large number of seats, as the design can be multiplied without taking over the interior. Its stackable design gives flexibility, while the lounge chairs and barstool expand the opportunities to create coherent furnishings with the My Chair series. My Chair consists of a shell made in molded walnut, oak, smoked oak or birch veneer with a clear lacquer or in a painted ash veneer version. Comes with legs in chrome, powder coated steel or molded walnut, oak, smoked oak or birch veneer. The rubber pieces between the shell and the legs, as well as the plastic parts underneath the ends of the legs, are specially designed for Normann Copenhagen for My Chair. My Chair with chrome and steel legs are stackable - up to 6 pcs. The chair is delivered assembled. Load capacity: Max. 150 kg dynamic weight. Seat Depth: 42cm. Maintenance: Clean with damp cloth.
