The V-2 rocket from World War II has become an icon of the 1950s, a symbol of futuristic technology and the American space program. The V-2 rocket is also iconic thanks to the illustrator Hergé who was inspired by cutting-edge technology and the iconic shape to depict the rocket that took Tin Tin to the moon. Music also inspired Studio Job, David Bowie in 1977 titled a song just as a tribute to one of the co-founders of Kraftwerk, a group that had a great influence on his music. This aerodynamic rocket is part of the historical memory of the post-war generation. Qeeboo, in collaboration with Studio Job, wanted to pay homage to the suggestive spacecraft by creating an elegant table lamp, metallic like space satellites and with impressive details. Qeeboo's design lamp rests vertically on the fins and rises 68 cm as if the V-2 Schneider rocket were in the launch pad. Available in different metallic finishes.
