Looking for a smart way to organise your home in a functional yet stylish way? Try Giralot, a superbly original storage solution that will answer all your needs in terms of organisation and storage. Giralot is designed by Stefano Bettio for Sculptures Jeux. Sculptures-Jeux and its philosophy are based upon an eclectic mixture of tactile, visual and perceptive emotions in the revelation between daily dimension and sculpture. Can creative power and functionality express themselves in the same project / object? Bernard Vuarnesson and his wife Ariane thought so: after Ariane completed her Art studies at the Louvre School, and Bernard graduated at the Ecole Supérieure du Bois and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, they both embraced this principle by founding Sculptures-Jeux in 1973 and giving life to “playful sculptures” in interior furnishings. The care for details and the search for innovative materials, coupled with constant experimentation in an environmentally friendly context, are the core principles of the company’s philosophy, thus making its collections unique. This designer furnishing piece can be used in bedrooms for storing clothes or shoes, in bathrooms for cosmetics or lotions, in kitchens for ingredients, cereal boxes, glassware or plates, in sitting rooms for CDs or DVDs... you name it! Elegant and subtle, this designer item beautifully takes the place of traditional cupboards or storage solutions. Giralot offers therefore extreme functionality while decorating in a discrete, barely-there yet exceptionally refined way. Giralot is designed to be turned at leisure for you to find everything you need. So many homes nowadays are short of space, making it really complicated to find room and optimal storage solution for any sort of objects.Born in 1975 in Montebelluna, Italy, Stefano Bettio earned a degree in mechanical and technical materials science and began work in the research and-development division of office furniture maker Brado.
