The genius of Gio Ponti designs the D.655.1 storage unit for Molteni & C. Classic and linear shapes, the D.655.1 sideboard is characterized by its front decoration where different sections, in natural shades, combine to create a geometric effect and a play of different finishes. The drawers are hand painted in white with applied handles of various essences (elm, national walnut, mahogany and rosewood). The structure is in elm essence and supported by satin brass feet. Excellent for furnishing domestic environments, living rooms, bedrooms and entrances as well as office spaces. Spacious and elegant, D.655.1 can contain crockery and tableware as well as books and everyday objects. Decorate the top of D.655.1 with a corner dedicated to small compositions of objects, books and vases or with a design table lamp.
