When the technique becomes real art.Chairs like the Zebra model technopolymer, created by the designer Luisa Battaglia is a seat with a minimal elegance that presents soft and ergonomic lines, for welcoming and supporting at best the back of the user. The architect Luisa Battaglia has designed an eco-friendly product, the components of which are in fact rapidly separable and completely recyclable. It is a complement of fully flexible furnishing and with seven different types of structure, making the Zebra chair perfect to decorate hotels, bars, public and private spaces. The shell in recyclable polymer supports the seat with a glossy outer surface and scratch-resistant matte interior. The proposed colours are very trendy, with a selection of very chic nuances like linen, taupe, blue and anthracite.The Zebra chair is also available in a Natural-transparent version: transparent polycarbonate for the body and beech wood for the structure (both materials are very appreciated by the Scab Design brand). As for the polycarbonate chairs, Scab Design uses the polycarbonate Makrolon® by Bayer MaterialScience. Both with a long experience as art directors for companies in the media and large retailers sector. As designers they work especially with bathrooms, tables and chairs, furniture, lighting.

Born in Brescia in 1963. She graduated in architecture at Milan's Polytechnic in 1987. In 1990 she started working with the Scab group in a partnership that still continues. She coordinates a team of international designers and carries out design and art direction works, dealing with design, communication and equipments.

Both graduated in Architecture in Venice (Alberto Werner Arter in 1969, and Fabrizio Citton in 1990) the two founded the "Arter & Citton" studio dedicated to architecture, interior design and design.
