Marco Carini
Marco Carini was born in 1968, he graduated as an interior designer at the IPIALL Institute of Interior Furniture and Architecture in Cremona and began his freelance profession in the 1990s. Each intervention is tailored and designed to meet a specific need, listening to customers, metabolizing their needs and reworking spaces in a harmonious way. He makes his motto by Mies van der Rohe "I don't want to be interesting, I want to be good". In his work we can read the daily desire to find the right recipe, mixing the best materials and the most suitable ingredients. Its architecture is a way of transforming the flow, sometimes prosaic, of life into poetry. The architectural and interior design interventions concern homes, commercial spaces and offices. Marco Carini also designs design elements: over the years he has been project manager of the Porro showroom. Today he also collaborates with the Davide Groppi company, as a consultant for lighting projects and with Bestetti Associati for architectural projects. During 2014, he held the “Light” and “Illuminazioni” seminars on the relationship between architecture and light, at the order of architects of Lodi and Cremona.
